I am Abbey, the founder of Rise With Abbey.
My work brings together psychology, spiritual awakening, intuitive development, nervous system regulation, energy healing, creativity, embodiment, and real-life transformation.
I have a degree in Psychology, and I have spent years teaching, coaching, guiding, and supporting people through movement, emotional regulation, meditation, creativity, confidence-building, and self-trust.
My background includes mental health work, art education, gymnastics, volleyball, yoga, meditation, coping skills, and helping people move through fear in real time.
I have always been able to see where people are powerful before they can fully see it for themselves.
I created Rise With Abbey because I know what it feels like to go through a spiritual awakening without enough language, support, or grounding. I know what it feels like to move through a dark night of the soul and have your whole life ask for a new level of honesty. I know what it feels like to carry wounds I experienced and patterns passed down while still knowing that I was meant for more.
This work did not come from theory alone. It came from lived resilience, years of teaching, a psychology background, spiritual awakening, and the choice to stop shrinking my gifts just because other people did not know how to hold them.
